Shows this machine's licence state: sign-in status, tier, expiry, machine ID and the capability checklist. It works without a licence.

Run it when a scan refuses with license_required. To fix that, start the 14-day trial at app.vulkro.com/billing and run vulkro login, or on an air-gapped machine run vulkro activate <file.lic>.
