Scans a project and prints a short, shareable wrap-up: findings by severity, coverage, scan details and the top issues to fix first.

vulkro summary . --format md --top 10 -o wrapup.md
The count matches vulkro scan. The "fix first" ranking is deterministic (see vulkro explain --risk-model). It is a report, not a gate: it does not exit 1 on findings.
