Full vulkro-sf install-extension --help
Install the Vulkro for Salesforce extension into VS Code, Cursor, Windsurf or VSCodium.

Install the Vulkro for Salesforce VS Code extension into a detected editor (VS Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or VSCodium), downloading the package from the Vulkro CDN. Asks before installing. Works even when the editor's `code`-style command is not on your PATH: it finds the editor's own CLI in its install location. If no editor is found it prints how to add the `code` command or install the VSIX by hand. The extension then drives the same device login as `vulkro-sf login`.

VULKRO_VSIX_URL full URL of the .vsix to install, overriding the CDN (self-hosted mirror, air-gap, or testing).

Exit codes: 0 = installed into at least one editor; 2 = error (no editor found, download failed, or an editor install failed).
