vulkro cache and vulkro config

Clear the per-file extraction cache that makes repeat scans faster.

vulkro cache clear

clear drops the cache for every project. It is safe to run any time: the next scan rebuilds it.

To skip the cache for one scan instead, use vulkro scan --no-cache or set VULKRO_DISABLE_CACHE=1.

vulkro config

vulkro config show-patterns prints the built-in auth and monorepo patterns plus your additions. See vulkro config.

Exit codes

0 success, 2 error.
