vulkro notify
Scans a project and posts a summary to a webhook (Slack, Teams or any JSON receiver). This is the only network call it makes, and only when you run it.

vulkro notify . --url "$SLACK_WEBHOOK" --min-severity critical
The payload holds severity counts, short signal IDs, workspace-relative paths, line numbers and truncated messages. No absolute paths, no code.

For Jira or PagerDuty, use vulkro scan --post-to.
Exit codes
0 sent, or nothing met the threshold. 2 offline mode, a non-2xx response, a network error or a scan error. It never returns 1.
