Show who works on which parts of the project, from git history.

vulkro contributors . --format json
It runs git blame over endpoint and module files and reports:
- top contributors by lines, endpoints and findings
- bus factor per module (how concentrated the knowledge is)
- ownership coverage (how much of the code has a clear owner)
To add a git_owner field to every finding from vulkro scan, set VULKRO_GIT_BLAME=1.
