vulkro portfolio
Scans every git repository under a folder and rolls the results into one portfolio.

| Sub-command | Description |

scan [PATH] | Scan every repo under PATH and write ~/.vulkro/portfolio.json. |
show | Print the latest rollup as a table. |
trend [PATH] | Burndown of projects, criticals, highs and totals over past runs. Flags: --limit (default 20), --format table|json. |
dashboard <INPUT_DIR> | HTML (or --format json) dashboard from one subfolder per project, each with a findings.json from vulkro scan --format json. -o writes to a file. |

Exit codes
| Code | Meaning |
|---|---|
0 | Done, and no critical findings (for scan: no critical or high). |
1 | scan: a critical or high in any repo. trend: the latest run still has criticals. dashboard: any findings. show never returns 1. |
2 | Bad arguments, or a scan or IO error. |
