vulkro formats

List the standards-based output formats Vulkro writes and the exact spec version each follows (SARIF, CycloneDX, SPDX, JUnit).

vulkro formats --format json

The list is built into the binary, so it needs no network. Formats without a versioned spec (csv, ndjson, the pull request comment formats) are described on Output formats.
